There are 3 main elements to the GDK IT Support Infrastructure:

1. Helpdesk Support

You will have access to our Help Desk with live phone support during normal business hours 8.30am to 5.30pm. We can also securely start a remote session, either attended or unattended, to any of your servers or workstations as if we were sitting at the console

2.Remote Monitoring & Management

We will manage & monitor your Servers, Workstations and Networks on a 24x7 basis. We can spot problems early, fix them & show where upgrades are needed and deliver better network performance. Proactive Remote Monitoring provides improved productivity, improved reliability and a valuable and cost-effective solution.

 

3. On-Site Scheduled & Emergency Visits

To complement our Proactive Remote Monitoring we can provide On-Site Scheduled Visits on a weekly or monthly basis.
Our experienced Consultants are effectively your Outsourced IT Experts coordinating the GDK monitoring services but also carrying out a series of management tasks and checks while on-site.

Our Business IT Care Plan allow you to focus on the core of your business, without being distracted by the problems of technology. There are no hidden costs or nasty financial surprises.  Our support contract is billed on a straight forward monthly basis enabling you to plan ahead and ensuring you get the best return from your IT investment.  We will assess your technology infrastructure and provide you with a fixed cost offering that covers all of your servers.
