2) Workstation Monitoring
Our Remote Workstation Monitoring package makes it easy to spot periodic workstation problems and once spotted, they’re quick to fix, ensuring optimum availability for all users and keeping your business ticking along smoothly. Problems with workstations have an impact on productivity, so when there's issues, the result can be a productivity-sapping loss of time for users and a knock-on effect across the organization and that’s bad for business.No matter what Operating System you use -Windows or Apple Mac - GDK has it covered and we monitor ALL desktops and laptops – from one dashboard whether they are on the network or out in the field.
